ProSource Caller — Privacy Policy

ProSource Caller is a calling and coaching tool for ProSource account managers. It places outbound calls, transcribes them live, and coaches the caller in real time. This policy explains exactly what data the app touches and where it goes.

Call audio and transcripts

When you place a call through the app, the call audio streams through our call infrastructure to a speech-to-text service in real time so the app can coach you live. Call audio is not recorded and not stored — by us or by the app. Only the text transcript persists, and it is saved on your device only.

AI coaching and scorecards

During and after a call, the text transcript is sent to our secure API, which uses an AI service provider to generate coaching suggestions and the post-call scorecard. Transcripts are processed to generate these responses and are not used to train models. The results are stored on your device.

What stays on your phone

Call records, transcripts, scorecards, your call list, notes, and contact memory live on your device. There is no cloud sync of your call content. Deleting the app deletes this data; Settings → Delete All Data removes it in one tap at any time.

Lead discovery

If you enable Lead Watch, the app's server searches public sources (permit records, business listings, news) for trade businesses in your store's market and stores those business leads — business names, public phone numbers, and public facts — on our infrastructure so your team shares one lead list. This is public business information, not personal data about you.

Contacts and microphone

Microphone access is used only to carry your side of an active call. Contacts access (if you grant it) is used only to fill names when dialing; your contacts are never uploaded.

Service providers

We use a telephony carrier to place calls, a speech-to-text provider for live transcription, and an AI provider for coaching — each receives only what it needs to perform its function during your call, and none is permitted to use your data for advertising.

No ads, no selling, no tracking

Your data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties beyond the service providers above. The app contains no analytics SDKs and no trackers.

Your choices

Delete all app data anytime in Settings. Revoke microphone or contacts access anytime in iOS Settings. Questions or deletion requests: joelwheat@gmail.com.

We may update this policy as the beta evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
